— Orders are sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

— Shipping is free for orders over $200; otherwise, shipping is a $8 flat rate within the continental US.

— Orders are expected to arrive within 7-10 days from being shipped.

— We want to keep the USPS in business, so we ship all of our packages there!

— Unfortunately at this time we do not ship out of the US….but we are working on it!

— And we don’t charge you more for living in Alaska or Hawaii!!


After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active, and USPS orders may experience delays. We also are based in Alaska, so sometimes things can take a little longer! It is the largest state in the nation!


— Check your mailbox! Lucky for us, most of our products are small and Our packages typically fit in small envelopes.  We do make bras + underwear after all!

—- If the package isn’t in your mailbox, ask your partner, roommate, or a well meaning neighbor, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know.

—- While we can’t take responsibility for shipments that have arrived, but are misplaced, we will do our best to help you out! Email us at wearswoop@gmail.com with any questions.


— Handmade items typically ship 1-2 weeks after being placed.

— Our manufactured items typically ship within 1-2 business days after they have been placed.



—- You can request a return or exchange up to 30 days after your order was placed. All returns must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. They’re intimates after all 😉

—  All price reduced SALE items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. —- Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.

—- Please allow up to 5 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.

—- While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.

—- If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.

—- Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.

—- Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

For underwear, loungewear + tunics, our sizing runs as follows:

XS = dress sizes 0 - 2

S = dress sizes 2 - 4

M = dress sizes 6 - 8

L = dress sizes 10 - 12

XL = dress sizes 16 - 18

If you prefer a looser fit, or are well-endowed, we suggest you size up for more coverage.


Where do we make our products

Our handmade line is made right here in Alaska!  Believe us, it truly is made with LOVE.  Our manufactured line was developed to offer a lower price point so most women can afford our products.  Our overseas manufacturer in China, practice labor and environmental standards that we can be proud of.  Additionally, the factory is an all in one.  Meaning, fabric mill, cut, make + quality checks are all done the same building reducing our carbon footprint immensely!

Wear + Care

WEAR:  Rotate, rotate, and then rotate again!  Bras need time to breath. It is an elastic thing! We recommend rotating them every other day or so to give them time to readjust and lengthen the life of the garment.

CARE: Machine wash, dry flat. END OF STORY.  You paid a lot of money for these garments, let's have them last!

REPLENISH:  Our bras have a shelf-life of about 12 months with good wear + care.  Replacing your bras yearly is best practice — sort of like those white shirts with armpit stains (yuck!).  Underwear restock cycle is about the same.  Your new undergarment  mantra, “Out with the old, in with the new!”  Because, really, who wants to wear old undergarments anyway?
