At the time, I was working long shifts as a nurse—deep in the trenches, giving everything to everyone else. But underneath the scrubs and the smiles, something was stirring. I wanted to feel more like me. So I made a bra. And it made me laugh. It also made me feel seen—like I was in on a secret that reminded me I was still here.

That small act turned into SWOOP.

Not because I wanted to sell bras.

But because I wanted to help women remember who they are.
